You can delete your Design9 account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both remove the same things.
Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out as soon as it completes.
If you can no longer open the app, email support@design9.app from the address on your account, or tell us the account identifier shown under Me. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody can delete your account on your behalf.
This removes database rows and the stored image files — not merely a flag marking the account as closed.
Apple and Google hold their own record of your purchases. We cannot delete those — contact the store directly.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Credits and subscription time are forfeited and are not refundable. If you only want to stop being billed, cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings instead — that keeps your designs.
If you would like a copy of your data first, export it from the app before deleting, or ask us at support@design9.app.

EU and UK representative (GDPR Art. 27 / UK GDPR Art. 27)
For privacy questions in the EU and the UK we have appointed Prighter Group (with its local partners) as our representative under Article 27 GDPR, and Prighter Group (with its local partners) as our representative under Article 27 UK GDPR.

This is required because NotionAce Systems - FZCO is established outside the EU/UK while offering services to people within them (GDPR Art. 3(2)). These details must be publicly reachable — omitting them is a commonly enforced breach precisely because it is verifiable from this page alone.
