These terms are the agreement between you and NotionAce Systems - FZCO (United Arab Emirates (licensed by IFZA, Dubai)) for use of Design9. By using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Design9 generates redesign concepts from photos of rooms, buildings and gardens that you supply. You choose a tool, a style and options; we produce images with artificial intelligence and store them in your account until you delete them.
Images produced by Design9 are generated by artificial intelligence. They are illustrative concepts, not photographs, and not architectural or engineering advice.
Do not rely on it for construction, structural, electrical or safety decisions.

Every image in the app's catalogue — the style, space and inspiration imagery — is likewise AI-generated by us. Design9 contains no stock photography.
You agree not to use Design9 to:
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and may remove content that does. Serious or repeated abuse may be reported to the relevant authority.
Your photos remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service — to store your photo, send it to our AI provider, and return the result to you. That licence ends when you delete the content.
Generated images are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these terms and to OpenAI's usage policies. Note that AI output may not be protectable by copyright in some countries, and we cannot guarantee any generated image is unique.
The app itself, its catalogue imagery, branding and code remain ours.
We aim to keep Design9 available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your designs.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a generated image — see the AI section above.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights under your local law, and nothing in these terms overrides them.
Where liability can be limited, our total liability is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (licensed by IFZA, Dubai), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK or another territory whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right is unaffected.
